Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Specific Duties:

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage executive calendars, schedule

meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure efficient workflow.

● Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including

phone calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a primary point of contact.

● Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure

timely distribution of materials.

● Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, prepare and edit

documents, presentations, and reports.

● Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities,

ensuring a functional and professional environment.

● Financial Management: Assist with expense reports, invoices, and budget

tracking.

● Project Support: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

● Liaison: Serve as a liaison between executives and staff, fostering effective

communication and collaboration.

● Vendor Management - source and manage vendor relationships

● Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Requirements:

Strong organizational, Communications and Interpersonal skills.

● Basic Accounting and bookkeeping skills.

● Experience with technology and software.

● Problem-solving skills.

● Attention to detail.

● Customer service skills.

● Minimum 2 years in a fast paced corporate setting

● Minimum AA Degree
