The main purpose of the job is to:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase our company's strengths and employee value proposition. Promote Protel as an employer of choice and attract qualified candidates to fulfill our contact center career opportunities. Showcase and highlight employee recognition and appreciation events and activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Advertising Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.

2. Ad Creation and Posting: Create visually appealing job advertisements that align with Protel and resonate with target candidates. Manage the posting and distribution of these ads across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to maximize visibility.

3. Content Development: Develop engaging and informative recruitment content, blog posts, social media updates, and other materials that showcase our company culture and employee benefits.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand current and future hiring needs, candidate profiles, and develop targeted marketing strategies to meet those needs. Will also work alongside the Company’s Employee Engagement Coordinator to highlight and showcase employee driven events and activities.

5. Brand Promotion: Actively promote Protel as an employer of choice through community engagement, online presence, and participation in relevant industry events.

6. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, vocational schools, and community organizations to create a pipeline for future positions.

7. Event Planning: Organize and attend local recruiting events, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives to engage with potential candidates and build awareness.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment marketing or digital marketing, preferably within a call center or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and platform-specific content for social media and other channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software is highly desirable. (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
